Once your company begins to grow, you may need to expand to accommodate a growing number of products, inventory, and customers. Depending on what type of business you have, you will want to move into a commercial, retail, agricultural, or industrial location.
We won't go too much into agriculture and industry, but if you have an interest in either of these areas, you can always enlist the services of a real estate professional that specializes in your area of interest. When you consider having a commercial/retail location, the three most important areas to pay attention to are exposure, zoning, and deciding if it is better to lease or buy. חוזה שכירות מומלץ
Decent Exposure
People will not come into your store or office if they cannot find it. If you are operating a retail business selling clothes, food, or some other product, you may want to be located in a major shopping area within your town. Locating in a high-traffic area exposes your business to thousands of people without ever having to advertise.
If you are starting a medical practice or law office, you will want to locate in an area off the main strip, but still close to shopping and residences. Also, when considering where you want to have your physical location, be cognizant of things such as traffic lights and medians.
If a potential customer cannot make a left-hand turn into your establishment because of a median or an unprotected left light signal, you may lose some customer traffic. Make your location as easy to get in and out of as possible.
